The lecithin should be distributed in the vehicle and employed in the grinding and dispersion of the pigment, which is ground at 20-30% of the vehicle. This grinding slurry is milled for a set amount of time—typically 30-60 minutes—after which the remaining of grinding vehicle is added and milling continues until the job is finished.
